Our Italian chef Beppe will make a new Fresh Pasta Special each week, taking recipes from his native home & using the best of Irish local Ingredients to produce delicious fresh pasta dishes.
Before the pasta is served, we will bring a plate of cichetti, the Italian for small plates or snacks, made to share, similar to Spanish tapas. Cichetti originated in Venice & are now served in bars throughout Italy.
