Gubbeen Cured Meats, Skeaghanore Duck & Apple Terrine, Saffron Pickled Onions
Dungarvan’s Copper Coast Red Ale - This is a beer that works well with most meat dishes but in particular roast meats as the caramels of both the beer and the meat complement each other fantastically.

Duncannon Smoked Mackerel Mousse, Fanci Fungi Wild Mushroom Cracker, Sea Vegetable Gel
Dungarvan’s Helvick gold Blonde - Pairs wonderfully with seafood, as the citrus aromas from the Cascade hops complement the fish beautifully. For a more contrasting taste, try it with stronger flavoured food like Cajun chicken or a smoked cheese.

Escabeche of Goatsbridge Trout, Grapefruit segment, Confit Fennel.
Waterford City’s Metalman Pale Ale -  The citrus flavours and bitter finish on this beer means it goes well with robust, full-flavoured dishes such as thai or indian curry, steak with pepper sauce.

Crowes Farm Organic Pork Belly, Molloys Black Pudding Croquette, Potato Tuille.
Kinsale’s Stonewell Medium Dry Cider - It has a mild effervescence and strong apple aroma. The high content of eating apples brings a strong golden hue colour.

Grilled Tom Kearney’s Lamb Gigot, Pearl Barley Risotto, Thyme & Parsley Powder
Galway’s Full Sail Dry Hopped IPA - The acidity and hop bitterness in this beer makes it great for standing up to most spicy dishes, such as Indian and Mexican dishes. The freshness of the beer makes for a great companion to grilled meats and barbecues.

Chocolate Shortbread, Banana Mousse, Butterscotch Sauce, Spiced Banana Brochette
Galway’s Buried At Sea Chocolate Milk Stout – It  is great alongside glazed meats, steaks, yet finds its perfect partners in rich chocolate desserts.

Cooleeney Camembert, Grilled Fig, Fruit Toast
Carlow’s Curim Gold Celtic Wheat Beer -  Truly refreshing, Curim Gold is an excellent accompaniment to hot and spicy dishes.

At €29.95 its fantastic value and a fun way to savour new flavours in new ways.   Book early as it’s always popular and sells out fast.
