Next Thursday 27th October we are offering diners a sneak preview of our Autumn / Winter Menu
Featuring a 7 Course Tapas style menu, this is a great way to get a sneak preview of chef Jamie Dowlings exciting new menu for Autumn / Wiinter.
With lots of new exciting dishes including a RAW section and range of SALADs, along with plenty of old favourites, there's plenty to choose from.
We are also launching our new cocktail menu designed in association with mixologist Eoin O'Neill. There's a new Gin & Tonic selection and lots of exciting Prosecco Cocktails. On Thursday nights we will be starting a "Tapas on Thursdays" Menu for all of you that love lots of small tastes. All these menus will start shortly, but Thursday is a little sample of whats to come.

Mini Dunmore East Lobster Roll with dillisk brioche, pickled cucumber & chipotle marie rose sauce
Salt Cod & Nduja Bon Bons, roast tomato ketchup & red pepper salsa.
House cured Carpaccio of spiced beef, pickled mushroom, little milk co vintage cheese, crispy egg
Tuna Tartare with lime, sesame, coriander & spring onion
Quinoa Salad with Ardsallagh goats cheese mousse, beetroot, pomegranate & pumpkin seed
Skeganore Duck breast with smoked duck croquette, poached pear & green cabbage
Peanut cookie & burnt marshmallow smores
