Tastes of the Sea at Bodega for Harvest Festival Saturday 8th September
Seafood lovers are in for a treat at Bodega during Waterford’s Harvest Festival as chef Malcolm Starmer & the team prepare a celebration of local & seasonal fish. We’ll be serving Woodstown Bay Oysters with a glass of Murphy’s or prosecco, Boatstrand mackerel with with Mooncoin beetroot & miso glaze, warm Kilfarrasy lobster with charlotte potatoes & Sleabhcan seaweed from the Sea Gardener & Duncannon smoked haddock with crispy mussels & samphire. Finish off with yoghurt panna cotta with Dennison’s raspberries, red wine & hazelnut biscotti
