Whether you're a Whisky connoisseur or new to the world of Whisky, enjoy delicious local food with contrasting & harmonising Waterford Whisky pairings. Each Small Plate has been designed to maximise enjoyment, making this a truely unique experience.
The tasting menu will showcase what's best & seasonal from the local fishmonger, butcher & market, paired with distillery favourites across the range including Single Farm Editions, Cuvees & the Arcadian Series.
