The Waterford Whisky & Bodega Whisky & Small Plates Menu, is created in association with Waterford Whisky's Head Distiller Ned Gahan, to delight Foodies & Whisky Lover's alike, celebrating local food & Waterford’s Iconic Whisky.

Whether you're a Whisky connoisseur or new to the world of Whisky, you can delight in a menu celebrating Waterford Whisky, with contrasting or harmonising pairings.  Each Small Plate course has been designed to maximise enjoyment, making this a truely unique experience. 

The  tasting menu will showcase what's best & seasonal from the local fishmonger, butcher & market, paired with distillery favourites across the range including Single Farm Editions, Cuvees & the Arcadian Series.
